Robinson Property Ownership History

Based on the abstract, it was Randal Robinson (husband) and Elizabeth Ann DuBose Robinson (wife) who jointly owned the property as community property. Here is the timeline of their ownership:
The abstract indicates that Randal and Elizabeth Robinson acquired the 640-acre James W. Lane survey sometime between:
June 8, 1852 — when the land certificate was issued, and September 5, 1854 — when the patent was officially issued to Jason Watson as assignee of James W. Lane
The deed from the heirs of Elizabeth Robinson specifically states that Randal and Elizabeth Robinson were the owners in their own right of the 640 acres, describing it as their community property.
Elizabeth died: November 15, 1863, and Randal began selling off portions: Starting in 1868/ Last Robinson conveyance: Approximately 1871–1876
The Robinsons owned the property together for roughly 10 years before Elizabeth’s death, and Randal continued owning and selling portions for another decade or so after.
